Property Plus Consulting Limited was established in 2006, by former St Modwen's Investment Property Director, Alan Williams.

Alan worked for St Modwen for 24 years and has over 30 years' experience with two of the most successful UK property companies, St Modwen Properties Plc and Peel Holdings Limited.

Alan became Company Secretary of the engineering company Redman Heeman International Plc, now St Modwen, in the early 1980s and helped transform the fortunes of the recession hit manufacturing company into a successful property development company.

Alan spent 6 years with the Peel Holdings Group, joining as Managing Director of the main subsidiaries before becoming the group's Investment Property Director. At Peel, Alan helped acquire London Shop and the Manchester Ship Canal Company, as well as developing substantial business and retail parks including the 1.2 million sq ft Hartlebury Trading Estate near Kidderminster.

Alan returned to St Modwen in 1992 as Investment Property Director where he acquired, developed, sold and managed many millions of sq ft of industrial, office, retail, and leisure complexes as well as town regeneration schemes. Notable successes included Shrub Hill Industrial Estate, Gregory's Bank Industrial Estate, Reindeer Court Shopping Centre, Shrub Hill Retail Park, Cannock Shopping Centre, Watling Street Business Park, Hednesford Town Centre, Octagon Shopping Centre, Lyndon House in Birmingham and the former Tatung Headquarters in Telford.

Alan's expertise includes strategic advice, commercial property management and property development, particularly acquiring industrial properties and subdividing into industrial estates and business parks.

Anthony Williams joined Property Plus Consulting in 2008 as Director. Anthony has over 15 years commercial property experience including investment, development, asset management and agency, specialising in acquiring and managing multi-let industrial estates and commercial properties with added value potential.

Investments and developments acquired and undertaken include Beecham Business Park, Red Mill Trading Estate, Lakeside Business Park, The Stamp Factory in Walsall, Langdon House in Swansea and a 2 acre supermarket site assembly in Droitwich, subsequently sold to Lidl for a 24,000 sq ft food store.

Management roles have included property management for office, retail and residential premises in Birmingham, Coventry and Bristol, valued in the region of £70m, and asset management for industrial and office space across the West Midlands, totalling around one million sq ft.

Anthony studied Business Economics at Nottingham Trent University and has a Masters' Degree in Surveying from Reading University.
